Worry causes additional stress and can be fatal. It is and always will be a fatal disease of the heart.

When we worry that is a sign that faith in waning and possibly could soon be gone. Worry intrudes on God’s compassionate ability to provide for us. When we allow our problems to overshadow God’s promises, we knowingly doom ourselves to defeat.

That was never part of God’s eternal plan for us. Release the regrets of yesterday, refuse the fears of tomorrow and receive instead the peace of today.

Remember: Worrying doesn’t solve anything, instead it hurts everything. Simply Let Go and Let God!  “ For with God Nothing is impossible with God” (Luke 1”37).

If you are going to pray, don’t worry. If you are going to worry, why pray?
